Apply to be a Model

Melluzi Esthetics Academy offers free services for Esthetics Academy models. Models are serviced by estheticians in training under direct supervision of experienced + licensed instructors.

Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out a model application
2. You will be redirected to review and sign the model contract upon clicking “submit”
3. Our staff will save your contact information and preferences once contract is signed
4. You will be contacted when we have openings for training appointments
5. Respond as soon as possible to ensure your spot
